Elvis Petition

David Smock, President of the After Loving You Elvis Fan Club, would like your help in an initiative to have the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences officially and publicly acknowledge the historical significance of Elvis Presley’s earliest recordings. He is asking that those who would like to be involved sign a petition.

Elvis Presley is acknowledged as the King of Rock and Roll, While his recordings from 1954-1956 have in years past not been eligible for Grammy’s because the Grammy’s didn’t exist during those years, it is important to acknowledge the historical significance of these recordings and their influences on modern music. We would like the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to officially and publicly acknowledge the historical significance of these recordings.

About time, this man deserves HONOURING and total adulation for what he did, represented, stood for and basically changing the entire planets attitude to dress, swagger, how we listen to music, how we buy music, to even how today we PRODUCE music..Elvis is the most UNDERATED PRODUCER of all time…As Bono has said ‘Elvis was the Big Bang of Music’..
