Blue Moon – August 31, 2012 – a Tribute to Elvis August 31, 1957

Because this is the book that I read and mentioned to Elvis Sidekicks Joe Esposito and Jerry Schilling.

The only 2 members of the Memphis Mafia that I ever wanted to meet because I read so many Elvis books when I was a kid that I thought that they were the only 2 who were ever really friends with Elvis in a meaningful way.

And you know what happened? They both yelled at me.

I don’t think Elvis would have approved of that.

So you know, I totally sympathize with Elvis on why he fired those other bodyguards.

You don’t get to rough up the fans who were responsible for Elvis success and you sure as fuck don’t do it to fans now either who are keeping Elvis’ memory alive.

check me on this

Elvis the king of rock n roll had to die on the toilet

he is a profit message

don’t do anything that you don’t want to get caught dead doing

this is why religion is so dead set against fun

but you still fail to understand, that those people

wanted me to accept their claims

which means evidence is required for them to achieve their goal – convincing me

while I have no interest in convincing you,
since you are determined to never beleive me,
I accept that you are never going to believed me,
so attempting to convince you is not only futile,
it would be an attempt to convert you,

while I, have no interest in convincing you.
since you are determined to never beleive me,
I accept that you are never going to believed me,
so attempting to convince you is not only futile,
it would be against my will of respecting your will,
and would be an attempt to convert you, against my will

error pasted?

while I have no interest in convincing you,
since you are determined to never beleive me,
I accept that you are never going to believe me,
so attempting to convince you is not only futile,
it would be an attempt to convert you….

Elvis Petition

David Smock, President of the After Loving You Elvis Fan Club, would like your help in an initiative to have the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences officially and publicly acknowledge the historical significance of Elvis Presley’s earliest recordings. He is asking that those who would like to be involved sign a petition.

Elvis Presley is acknowledged as the King of Rock and Roll, While his recordings from 1954-1956 have in years past not been eligible for Grammy’s because the Grammy’s didn’t exist during those years, it is important to acknowledge the historical significance of these recordings and their influences on modern music. We would like the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to officially and publicly acknowledge the historical significance of these recordings.
